Through adverse life experiences our mind and bodies tend to disconnect or at least we as human beings lose touch with the connection and communication in a way that is conscious and intentional. Through mind-body exploration, we will work through educating the disconnect, identify and work towards healing the impact, and learn to live in a way that honors the intuitive nature that is the “whole” of the human being.
